Motorcycle RIMS

3 Rims are usually ordered at once - 2 for your motorcycle and a spare

Wire Wheels range from $1,200 to $2,000 per wheel

Full Set of 5 - $7,500 to $10,000 AUD

Every stage is custom and done by hand. No conveyor belts or automated machines.

Machines set up by hand for the exact profile of your rims, everything measured and marked to suit your rims.

This example is a Auburn Houk Wire Wheel - 21” Well Base Rim with Restored Hubs supplied by us

$1800 per wheel, $9000 for set of 5

The process of each rim:

• Cutting Steel & Rolling Rim - flat sheet of steel cut down into strips, rolled into bands, welded, grinded

• Roll Edges of Rim - set up machine for that profile of rolling, both sides of rim rolled, well roller machine set up to spec, create the drop centre well base

• Rim Dimpled & Drilled - template made to mark exact placement, marked on each rim, dimpled on angle, drilled on angle, deburred

• 72 Spokes per Wheel - polished stainless steel spoke, cut to size, bend at correct angle, threaded, nipple added when lacing

• Rims bead blasted, cleaned, primed, & painted to match

• Hubs supplied by us and restored by hand, primed & painted to match

• Each 72 spokes laced into hubs and rims with precision
